Build it.
Use it. Improve it.
I’m Paddo. I build software through Paddo Tech, an independent studio in Brisbane.
The product and the system belong together.
My work spans web products, mobile apps, developer tools, and infrastructure. A useful product needs all those parts to cooperate.
I work from the customer’s task through to the systems that support it. I also build tools for repeated development work.
FameCake, Pricogni, Tether, and ushr show different parts of that practice. Each case study explains a concrete engineering decision.

Start with the task.
Find the thing a person needs to do. Make the next step clear. Remove features that compete with that task.
Check the evidence.
Test AI features against real examples. Make uncertain results visible. Keep enough context to explain a decision.
Own the operating work.
Deployment, recovery, and maintenance affect the product. Plan for those tasks before they become urgent.
Share the useful parts.
I publish engineering notes at paddo.dev and open-source tools on GitHub. My games and mobile experiments also live at Mutant Teapot.
