Software Subscriptions

For subscription-based software services:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
  • Cancel anytime with access until end of billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods after 14 days
  • Account data retained for 30 days after cancellation

Consulting and Development Services

For custom development and consulting engagements:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work commences
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing
  • You will be invoiced for work completed to cancellation date
  • Milestone-based projects follow terms in individual agreements

Mobile Apps and Games

Refunds for mobile applications and games distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's refund policies. Contact the app store directly for refund requests.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
