Refund and Cancellation Policy

SAAS Products Refund Policy
For all SAAS subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our services. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@paddo.tech within 14 days of your purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting customer support. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period.
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
IT Consulting Services
For IT consulting services:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Project cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- You will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Mobile Apps and Games
Refund policies for mobile applications and games are subject to the terms of the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) through which they are distributed.
